With only seeds and water, these crackers are gluten free and super easy to make. Packed full of fibre and healthy fats (vitamin E, omega 3), it's a perfect snack and substitute to bread. Great for scooping up your hummus or guacamole, or perhaps some sardine paste?
Ingredients
Makes 2 baking trays.
- 1 cup flaxseeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 3/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 cups water
Directions
- Mix all together in a bowl
- Leave for at least 6h (I ususally leave it overnight)
- Spread out thinly on a baking paper on a tray and put in the oven (125C) for 1,5h or until dry enough. Thicker crackers need longer time.
